Steward's Report
An out of competition sample was taken from Will Vanson on 29 February 2024 pursuant to GAR 139.
Tat Leah was slow to begin.
Tat Leah (turned head outwards entering the home straight) underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr D.Warburton regarding Tat Leah’s racing manners entering the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Tat Leah was charged with marring. Mr Warburton pleaded guilty to the charge. Tat Leah was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Bendigo and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
