Our Girl Roxy was quick to begin. Change Of Habit was slow to begin.
Stewards spoke, via telephone, to Mr G.Frendo, the trainer of Our Girl Roxy after they left the course today without the permission of Stewards without conducting an inquiry for the greyhound Our Girl Roxy. Mr Frendo was issued with a warning pursuant to GAR 94(2).
Our Girl Roxy (cramped in the home straight), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have cramped. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. Acting in accordance with GAR 130, Our Girl Roxy was ordered to undertake a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 130, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
