Voltage Peak and Just Tripping were slow to begin. Voltage Peak checked off Bravo soon after the start. Bravo and Cintiarna collided approaching the first turn. Nelson Park and Edmond Bale collided on the first turn checking Voltage Peak and severely checking Nelson Park, Bravo and Cintiarna. Cintiarna checked off Bravo on the second turn. Sir Ducal and Edmond Bale collided entering the back straight. Sir Ducal clipped the heels of Edmond Bale entering the back straight checking both greyhounds. Train On and Voltage Peak collided on the third turn checking Just Tripping. Nelson Park checked off Edmond Bale approaching the home turn checking Sir Ducal. Bravo and Edmond Bale collided in the home straight checking Cintiarna.
