Steward's Report
Blinkin' Blue and Aston Miguel were slow to begin.
Aston Miguel fell on the first turn, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a laceration to the left hind toe, a spike wound to the right hock, an abrasion to the right wrist and an abdominal muscle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
A post–race sample was taken from Dash Of Crimson – the winner of the event.
There was no head on vision available in the front straight.
