Steward's Report
Rojo Silver Fox was slow to begin.
A pre-race sample was taken from My Margot.
My Margot (marred Okay Boomer in the home straight) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to both monkey muscles, a 5 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mr John Brown regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, My Margot was charged with marring. Mr Brown pleaded not guilty to the charge. My Margot was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sandown only and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
