Fearless Rory checked in the back straight and lost ground, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a strain to the right fore extensor tendon . A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Compton Daisy checked and lost ground turn off back straight and underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.
