Steward's Report
Eden's Gift was quick to begin. Son Of Cindy, Gypsy Lee Rose and Indy were slow to begin.
It was noted that the muzzle of Hello Siri became dislodged during the running of the event.
Indy underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right foreleg split webbing injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Ms Jennifer Gill regarding Indy's racing manners on the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Indy was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Ms Gill pleaded guilty to the charge. Indy must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
