An out of competition sample was taken from Kraken Candy on 3 October 23 pursuant to GAR 139.
An out of competition sample was taken from Lothbrok Girl on 10 October 23 pursuant to GAR 139.
Ebony Riot (eased and turned its head outwards approaching the home turn and marred Glory Boy in the home straight), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion to the right stifle. No stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to representative Mr N. Jones regarding Ebony Riot’s racing manners on the home turn and in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Ebony Riot was charged with marring. Mr. Jones pleaded guilty to the charge and Ebony Riot was suspended for 28 days at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
