Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Crash Zambora.
Jack's Regret and Pat Penny were slow to begin.
Bindy Boo (eased in the home straight), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have thoraco-lumbar. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to representative Mr Wayne Hooke regarding the racing manners of Bindo Boo in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Bindy Boo was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Hooke pleaded guilty to the charge. Bindy Boo must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
