Steward's Report
Geoff Bomber – Late scratching at 9:45 due to weight variation (GAR 101). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Mr Geoffrey Green was fined $100.
Head Bin– The frequency of racing was discussed with Mr Neville Bischard, the comments were noted.
Lilly Rush was severely checked on the first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have right achiles and right metacarpal abrasions injury. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Meeting comments
A sample was taken from Idle Awhile in accordance with GAR 136, having been presented for the purpose of revoking a stand down period (re–vet).
