Steward's Report
A pre-race urine sample was taken from My Soho Star.
Winry Bale was quick to begin. Problem Angel was slow to begin.
Zhenye Bale (visibly eased on the first turn) underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to representative Mr Ricky Coleman regarding Zhenye Bale’s racing manners on the first turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124, Zhenye Bale was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr. Coleman pleaded guilty to the charge. Zhenye Bale was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warrnambool only and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
