Steward's Report
Rebel's Spark and Mia's Girl were quick to begin. Off The Rank and Saint Bogan were slow to begin.
Off The Rank (trailed the field), underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Mr Simon Smith declined the option to have the greyhound re–vetted.
Stewards spoke to Mr Simon Smith regarding Off The Rank’s performance and racing manners following the first turn. After hearing submissions from Mr Smith, viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards deemed the performance of Off The Rank unsatisfactory. Off The Rank must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 129, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
