Steward's Report
Little Ralphy was quick to begin. Bare Knuckler and Jaraco were slow to begin. Premier Magpie and Kooper's Crown collided soon after the start checking Kooper's Crown. Bassyappa and Ragtime Lucy collided approaching the first turn checking Bassyappa. Jaraco and Kooper's Crown collided on the first turn. Bare Knuckler checked off Kooper's Crown on the first turn checking Bare Knuckler, Bassyappa and Ragtime Lucy. Jaraco galloped on the heels of Loyal Son on the home turn severely checking Kooper's Crown, Bassyappa and Jaraco. Jaraco lost considerable ground as a result. Loyal Son checked off Little Raphy in the home straight.
Jaraco was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness in the right tricep, right groin and right triangle. A stand down period of 7 days was imposed.
