Steward's Report
Highway Man and Soul Reader were slow to begin.
Stewards spoke to Trainer - Mr. D Irby of Our Maxie Boy after the greyhound underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have suffered a seizure on pulling up in the caching pen. Acting under the provisions of GAR 42, Our Maxie Boy is prohibited from competing in an event until such time as both a veterinary clearance is provided to the satisfaction of Stewards and a satisfactory trial is completed, pursuant to GAR 132. Further, under the provisions of GAR 42 (3) Our Maxie Boy, is suspended from racing for 28 days at all tracks.
