Steward's Report
Ramblin' Man– Late scratching at 14:44 due to weight variation (GAR 101). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Ms Shara Quinlan was fined $100.
Parumba Reba marred Holy Smoke approaching the winning post, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound on the left hind foot. No stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Ms Debra Cumes regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Parumba Reba was charged with marring. Ms Cumes pled guilty to the charge, Parumba Cumes was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warragul and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted
