Steward's Report
My Dilema escaped from the handler enroute to boxes, underwent a pre–race veterinary examination and was found to have exerted itself and not passed fit to race. My Dilemma was subsequently scratched from the event at 22:24. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. As a result the start of this event was delayed by approximately 3 minutes.
Awakening Dawn was quick to begin.
Stewards spoke to Mr Ronald Wood, the handler of My Dilema after the greyhound escaped enroute to the boxes. After considering all of the evidence no action was taken.
