Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Speedy Villain.
Parabellum was quick to begin. Enraged was slow to begin.
Romarosa lost ground on the first turn. Stewards spoke to representative Mr David Kerr after he left the course without having the greyhound vetted. Mr. Kerr was reminded of his responsibility to check the 'Clearance to Leave Course' form prior to removing a greyhound from the kennelling area post-race. Stewards directed Mr. Kerr to present Romarosa to the Warragul race meeting on 5 November 2022 to undergo a veterinary examination by the on track Veterinarian.
Supplementary Report:
Romarosa was presented at the Warragul racing meeting on Saturday 5 November 2022 for a veterinary examination and was found to have an abraded left hind webbing. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
