Steward's Report
Queen Butterfly – Late scratching at 2:48pm on the advice of the On– Track Veterinarian (GAR 92) due to a cut to the ear tip. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
A pre–race sample was unable to be obtained from Go Gizmo Go, a post–race blood sample was subsequently taken.
Solar Tiger was quick to begin. Whirlwind Fire and Son Of Cecil were slow to begin.
Go Gizmo Go (checked soon after the start and contacted the rail turning off the back straight) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left wrist sprain. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Solar Tiger underwent a veterinary examination at the trainer's request following its retrieval from the kennel after race 3, Solar Tiger was reported to have muscle cramps. No stand down period was imposed.
