Steward's Report
A sample was taken from Mate's Revenge upon arrival at the course.
Depth (fell entering the back straight), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left radius/ulna fracture. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.
Invictus Harry (severely checked in the back straight and lost ground in the home straight), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left quadriceps injury and a right calf muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track on the first turn and deemed it satisfactory for racing.
A post–race sample was taken from Chasing Jess – the winner of the event.
