Steward's Report

Aston Yuki was slow to begin.

Tinker Dan underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to representative Mr Mark Giddings regarding the racing manners of Tinker Dan on the first turn. After hearing evidence from Mr Giddings, viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, it was established that Whiskey Reef and Tinker Dan collided on the first turn, causing Tinker Dan to become unbalanced and collide with Idaho Evie, Stewards took no further action.

A post–race sample was taken from Slingshot Flare – the winner of the event.
