Steward's Report
A pre–race sample was taken from Spring Gonzales.
The start was delayed by approximately two minutes due to members of the public being in a restricted area and birds on the track.
Minter Frost and Sin City Angel were slow to begin.
Minter Frost, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right triangle injury. A 14 period day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to representative Mr. Robert Reinke regarding the racing manners of Minter Frost turning off the back straight. After hearing submissions from Mr. Reinke, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning to connections regarding the greyhound’s racing manners turning off the back straight.
