Steward's Report
Ubiquitousness and Ludo Bagman were quick to begin.
Tanamera (failed to pursue the lure in the home straight), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the right hind foot. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Trainer Ms A. Langton regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Tanamera was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Ms Langton pled guilty to the charge, Panamera must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
A post–race sample was taken from Ludo Bagman – the winner of the event.
