Steward's Report
Ripper Reiko was slow to begin.
Legal Bud underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have abrasions to the right fore paw. No stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr. M. Tabb regarding the racing manners of Legal Bud on the home turn. After hearing submissions from Mr. Tabb, viewing the available race footage and acting on their own observations, Stewards took no further action.
A post-race sample was taken from Alpine Butterfly - winner of the event.
