Bear Force Two marred Pappy's Boys in the home straight. Stewards spoke to Mr. Simon Payne regarding Bear Force Two’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Bear Force Two was charged with marring. Mr. Payne pled guilty to the charge, Bear Force Two was suspended for 28 days all tracks and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
