Steward's Report
An out of competition sample was taken from Osprey Phantom on 18 August 2022 pursuant to GAR 139.
Honestly Two was quick to begin. Rapaki Rocks began awkwardly and lost ground as a result.
Rapaki Rocks failed to pursue the lure with due commitment in the home straight, underwent a post–race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to representative Ms. O. Cartechini regarding Rapaki Rocks racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124 Rapaki Rocks was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Representative Ms. O. Cartechini pled guilty to the charge, Rapaki Rocks was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at all tracks and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
