Steward's Report
Ms Kate Gorman was fined $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for the greyhound, Sun Ace pursuant to GAR 88.
Sun Ace was quick to begin. Sweet Lola and Belair Bale were slow to begin.
Belair Bale, underwent a post–race veterinary examination - no apparent injury detected. Stewards spoke to Trainer Mrs T. Kennedy-Harris regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123 Belair Bale was charged with marring. Mrs Kennedy-Harris pled not guilty to the charge, Belair Bale was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at all tracks and must perform a satisfactory trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
