Steward's Report
Mepunga Raider, Mr. Blue Sky and Mahjong Bailey were slow to begin.
Mr. Blue Sky was severely checked and fell on the first turn, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left shoulder injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
A post–race sample was taken from Hi Ena – the winner of the event.
