Steward's Report
Rojo Silver Fox was quick to begin.
Gretel Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury. Stewards spoke to representative Mr. Shaun Coulson, after the greyhound turned in the boxes and took no competitive part in the event. Acting in accordance with GAR 106(1) Gretel Bale must perform a satisfactory trial pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
Rojo Silver Fox underwent a post–race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to trainer Darren Petersen regarding the racing manners of Rojo Silver Fox approaching the first turn.. After hearing submissions from Mr Petersen, viewing the available race footage and acting on their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning to connections.
A post-race sample was taken from Xareni Bale - winner of the event.
