Steward's Report
Mr. Charlie Galea was fined $50.00 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for the greyhound Lady Lily Hook pursuant to GAR 88.
A pre-race sample was taken from Lady Lily Hook.
Weblec Cruiser underwent a pre-race veterinary examination after vomiting prior to this event. No apparent injury was found and Weblec Cruiser was passed fit to race.
Yalena Bale was quick to begin. Patriot Earhart, Soda Extreme and Weblec Cruiser were slow to begin.
Ridge underwent a post-race veterinary examination after faltering and subsequently tailing off in the back straight and was found to have a right-hind hock fracture. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.
Following the running of this event, Stewards conducted a track inspection and deemed it satisfactory for racing.
