American Sniper was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained spike wounds to it's right hind leg.  No stand down period was imposed.

Mr. G Watts, trainer of Coulta Betsy redeclared a new weight of 28.1kg's for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Coulta Betsy last raced at 29.7kg's. 

Dyna Fancy was quick to begin.  One Dee, Limburg Lane, Smoking Rosie, Aeroplane Cindy and Miss Kia Ora collided soon after the start checking One Dee, Smoking Rosie and LImburg Layne.  MIss Kia Ora and Amaroo My Girl collided on the first turn.  One Dee and Coulta Betsy collided on the first turn checking Coulta Betsy and Smoking Rosie.  Aeroplane Cindy and Miss Kia Ora collided approaching the second turn and again on the second turn checking One Dee, Coulta Betsy and Smoking Rosie and severely checking Miss Kia Ora which pulled up as a result.

Miss Kia Ora was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to it's right monkey muscle and right hock.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Fearless Bert and He's Bonza were slow to begin.  Kazam, Dewana Sienna and Run On Rosey collided soon after the start.  Fearless Bert and Kazam collided on the first turn.  Run On Rosey checked off Dasha Mikado on the first turn.  Agent Jack and Star Doll collided on the first turn.  Dewana Sienna and Kazam collided entering the front straight.  He's Bonza, Dewana Sienna and Kazam collided approaching the second turn checking Dewana Sienna, Run On Rosey and Kazam.  Fearless Bert and Dasha Mikado collided approaching the third turn and again on the third turn checking both greyhounds.

Miss Penguin and Total Silence were slow to begin.  Stunning View, Flippin' Good and Ko Ko Mikado collided soon after the start checking Flippin' Good.  Rapiddore, Run Angel Run and Total Silence collided on the first turn.  Stunning View and Flippin' Good collided on the first turn.  Total Silence checked off Rapiddore on the third turn.  Mick's Lady and Miss Penguin collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight.
