Steward's Report
All persons attending today wore facemasks, checked in, observed social distance requirements and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.
Specter Litt was slow to begin. Our Solitaire crossed in soon after the start checking Zippy Artist and Specter Litt, severely checking Hurricane Karin. Queen Of Stripes, Inter Mary and Primal Fear collided soon after the start checking Primal Fear. Queen Of Stripes and Specter Litt collided on the home turn.
Hurricaine Karin underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left calf muscle and an abrasion on the right metatarsal. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Primal Fear underwent a post race veterinary examination at the request of the trainer and was found to have an injured left wrist and right fibula. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
A post race sample was taken from Our Solitaire - winner of the event.
There was no head on footage of the back straight for this event.
