Lock Cracker and Where's Herbie were quick to begin. Florentino was slow to begin.
Lock Cracker and Where's Herbie collided soon after the start. Turtle Fernando, Barooga Banjo and Miss Rose Water collided soon after the start, checking Barooga Banjo. Lock Cracker raced wide approaching the first turn. Turtle Fernando checked off Aston Cooper on the first turn. Aston Cooper and Lock Cracker collided approaching the home turn, checking Lock Cracker. Turtle Fernando checked off Lock Cracker on the home turn, checking Miss Rose Water and Florentino.
