A pre-race sample was taken from Hugo.
Aston Lavinia and Hugo were quick to begin.
Destructive Riot, Annie Rose and Lightning Gadget collided approaching the first turn checking Lightning Gadget. Annie Rose checked off Destructive Riot approaching the second turn causing Annie Rose and Lightning Gadget to collide, Lightning Gadget raced wide and lost ground as a result. Aston Lavinia checked off Weblec Thunder on the home turn.
Annie Rose underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer’s request and was found to have a laceration to the right hind leg. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
