Tahnee's Flash was slow to begin.

Tat Bull and Chasing Chops collided soon after the start. Winlock Dozer, All Inn Velvet and My Name's Lindy collided approaching the first turn. Winlock Dozer, All Inn Velvet, Tahnee's Flash, My Name's Lindy and Baffling collided on the fisrt turn checking All Inn Velvet, My Name's Lindy, Baffling and Tat Bull. Queen Lisa raced wide approaching the home turn and collided with Chasing Chops. Baffling and Queen Lisa collided approaching the home turn checking Baffling. All Inn Velvet and My Name's Lindy collided in the home straight. Queen Lisa, Tat Bull and Chasing Chops raced wide in the home straight.

Queen Lisa underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left pectoral muscle and right biceps. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. Nathan McKay regarding the racing manners of Tahnee's Flash approaching the winning post.  After hearing evidence from Mr. McKay, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post.

Cocomelon and Chasing The Edge collided on the first turn. Chuck Attack, Unique Faith and Devil's Water collided on the first turn checking Devil's Water. Devil's Water, Cocomelon and Chasing The Edge collided approaching the home turn checking Devil's Water and Cocomelon. Dan's Butler crossed to the outside approaching the home turn checking Dan's Butler and Chasing The Edge. Devil's Water brushed the running rail on the home turn. Devil's Water and Cocomelon collided in the home straight checking both greyhounds. Jae's Wheel and Deltora Quest collided several times in the home straight.

Mountain Stew and Deed Of Shianne collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds.  Blazer Bradbury and Mayhem Flash collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn checking Mayhem Flash. Mountain Stew and Deed Of Shianne collided on the first turn checking Deed Of Shianne. Blazer Bradbury turned it's head inwards and visibly eased entering the home straight.

Blazer Bradbury underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was found.

Stewards spoke to Ms. Gayle Lemin, the trainer of Blazer Bradbury regarding the greyhound’s racing manners entering the home straight.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69A(1) Blazer Bradbury was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Ms. Lemin pleaded not guilty to the charge, Blazer Bradbury was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Shepparton and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69A (2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Gallant Toby and Filorga Bale collided soon after the start checking Filorga Bale. Knocka Bott, Rockstar Harley and Pretty Mouse collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds. Knocka Bott and Pretty Mouse collided several times approaching the home turn. American Star raced wide entering the home straight.

Kraken Presto and Rain Dance collided soon after the start. Kraken Presto, Rain Dance, All Inn Toffee, Wicked One and Rockstar Haynes collided approaching the first turn checking Rockstar Haynes and severely checking Kraken Presto, Rain Dance, Wicked One and All Inn Toffee. All Inn Toffee checked off Rain Dance on the first turn. Rain Dance and Wicked One collided approaching the home turn checking Wicked One.

Stewards spoke to Mr. Tony Duncan regarding the racing manners of All Inn Pearl in the home straight.  After hearing evidence from Mr. Duncan, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight.

The Stewards discussed the frequency of racing of Top Right with representative Mr Jye Formosa and noted their comments.

Quicker Than Joe was quick to begin. All Inn Abby was slow to begin.

Take A Sunflower, Innocent Gem, Quicker Than Joe and Lektra Nat collided approaching the first turn severely checking Quicker Than Joe and Lektra Nat. Top Right galloped on the heels of Take A Sunflower approaching the first turn checking Top Right. Top Right and Lektra Nat collided on the first turn and again approaching the home turn.

Top Right underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right triangle and right adductor muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Gold Back – Late scratching at 18:29 8/9/21 when Mr. Nathan McKay reported the greyhound to have an injury (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Aston Paquin, Dewana Success and Thunderbolt Jack collided soon after the start checking Aston Paquin and Dewana Success and severely checking Thunderbolt Jack. Autumn Doll and Sensational collided approaching the first turn and on the first turn checking Sensational. Dewana Success and Alfie Solomon collided approaching the home turn checking Alfie Solomon.

Tony Tells Tales and Lucky Blonde collided soon after the start. Chasing Summer and Princess Vegas collided approaching the first turn. Chasing Summer galloped on the heels of Lilt Rose Harper approaching the first turn checking Lily Rose Harper and Chasing Summer. Smiling Spaniard and Lily Rose Harper collided on the first turn checking Jocularity, Smiling Spaniard, Lily Rose Harper and Princess Vegas. Chasing Summer and Jocularity collided on the home turn severely checking both greyhounds.

Pure Mania – Late scratching at 10:09 when Mr. Kenneth Howat phoned stewards and reported the greyhound to have an injury (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Super Sparkle and Got To Spark collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Glory Road checked off Parasite approaching the first turn. Parasite checked off Dark Krystal on the first turn and collided with Glory Road. Got To Spark and Dark Krystal collided on the home turn. Tylden and Chasing Love collided several times in the home straight. Tylden, Chasing Love and Super Sparkle collided approaching the winning post.

Mr. John Mcclelland was issued with a warning under (GAR 86(o)) for negligence after the greyhound, Got To Spark was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. This matter was referred to the Club Manager for further consideration and remediation.

The Stewards discussed the frequency of racing of Crazy Old Fool with representative Mr Jye Formosa and noted their comments.

Push Start was slow to begin.
