Steward's Report
An out of competition sample was taken from Sophie on 14 September 2021 pursuant to GAR 79A.
Psychosomatic was quick to begin. Skibo Rebel went up with the lids and was slow to begin.
Three Bears checked off Very Elegant approaching the first turn. Sophie and Sugar Boloney collided approaching the first turn checking Sugar Boloney. Three Bears and Aunty Mary collided on the first trun checking Three Bears. Sophie, Sugar Boloney and Three Bears collided on the first turn severely checking Three Bears which fell. Skibo Rebel and Sophie collided approaching the home turn checking Sophie. Sugar Boloney raced wide on the home turn. Skibo Rebel and Venomous Yaala collided in the home straight. Very Elegant raced wide in the home straight.
Three Bears underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left tarsal sprain and left hip injuries. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
