Steward's Report
Rich Con and Ferocious Pedro collided soon after the start. Battling Baz and Miss Daisy Hill collided on the first turn. Miss Daisy Hill shifted out and collided with Yussuf Bale in the home straight. Yussuf Bale raced wide in the home straight.
Miss Daisy Hill underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right foreleg monkey muscle injury. A five day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr Craig Webb regarding the racing manners of Miss Daisy Hill in the home straight. After hearing evidence from Mr Webb, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight.
Rich Con underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
