My Turanza was slow to begin. Kirabilli Lola and Libstar collided soon after the start checking Libstar. My Turanza, Kirabilli Lola and Classic Planet collided on the first turn checking Kirabilli Lola and severely checking Libstar. Libstar raced wide on the home turn and again entering the home straight. Gang of Thieves and Kirabilli Lola collided entering the home staight. My Turanza and Kinloch Creek collided approaching the winning post. 

Dyna Norfolk was quick to begin. Dyna Synch, Old Jock and Arolok Molly were slow to begin. Dyna Synch, El Huracan and Dawn Waker collided on the first turn checking Dawn Waker and severely checking El Huracan.

Tron's Son, Our Banjo and Macbruce collided on the first turn checking Our Banjo and Macbruce. Macbruce raced wide approaching the home turn. Our Banjo raced wide on the home turn.

Macbruce was vetted and after being re-vetted following event 5, it was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Bella Lestrange, Fluke of Fantasy and Punk Pirate were slow to begin.  Punk Pirate checked off Jack's Prince on the first turn.  Jack's Prince and Multi King collided on the first turn, checking Fluke Of Fantasy.  Jack's Prince and Multi King collided approaching the home turn, checking Crowbar and Fluke Of Fantasy.  Jack's Prince and Multi King collided several times in the home straight.

Noosa Tiger was a late scratching at 6:11pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr.D.Lewis was fined the sum of $100.

Best Perfume and Sundance Rock were slow to begin. National Time and Sundance Rock collided soon after the start. National Time checked off Mini Mitch soon after the start. Five Am Riser crossed to the inside approaching the first turn checking National Time and Mini Mitch. Best Perfume checked off Mepunga Locky on the first turn checking National Time which collided with Sundance Rock. Mini Mitch checked off the heels of Sundance Rock on the home turn and collided with Five Am Riser. Best Perfume checked off National Time in the home straight. Mini Mitch and Five Am Riser collided several times in the home straight. 

Ballistic Fire was slow to begin. Sweet Diva, Sure Cheap, Flippin' Good and Punk Panther collided soon after the start checking Flippin' Good. Seabrook Sam, Micky Mambo and Sweet Diva collided approaching the first turn. Ballistic Fire checked off Micky Mambo on the first turn. Sweet Diva and Punk Panther collided approaching the home turn. Sweet Diva checked off the heels of Punk Panther on the home turn.

Punk Panther was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right thigh muscle and a laceration to the left hind calf, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Southwood Pluto, Lektra Stroke and Grand Legacy collided on the first turn checking Ima Legend and severely checking Lektra Stroke. Southwood Pluto and Tye Me Up collided approaching the home turn checking Ima Legend. Ima Legend galloped on the heels of Sleeve's Revenge entering the home straight and raced wide as a result.
