Tiger Blood, Family Interest and Bordello Queen were slow to begin.

Why Not Jetta checked off Mantaray Lad soon after the start. Sushi Bale and El Roscoe collided approaching the first turn. Tiger Blood checked off Mantaray Lad approaching the first turn. Global Lad and Sushi Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Sushi Bale. El Roscoe, Mantaray Lad, Family Interest and Bordello Queen collided on the first turn checking Bordello Queen and Why Not Jetta and severely checking Mantaray Lad which fell as a result. Tiger Blood checked off El Roscoe in the back straight. Tiger Blood contacted the running rail approaching the second turn and lost ground as a result. Why Not Jetta brushed the running rail on the second turn.

Tiger Blood was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left front sesamoid. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
