All persons attending today wore facemasks when required, checked in, observed social distance requirements and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.

All races were amended from the advertised racing program due to Albion Park harness meeting being abandoned, races were rescheduled to the following times: Race 1 - 11:30 am, Race 2 - 11:47 am, Race 3 - 12:03 pm, Race 4 - 12:21 pm, Race 5 - 12:41 pm, Race 6 - 12:59 pm, Race 7 - 1:16 pm, Race 8 - 1:39 pm, Race 9 - 1:55 pm, Race 10 - 2:15 pm, Race 11 - 2:42 pm and Race 12 - 3:06 pm.

Lusty Lovin' was quick to begin.  Mt. View Blonde, Lightning Loke and Nine Inch Nail were slow to begin.

Midnight Bear checked off Lusty Lovin' soon after the start.  Nine Inch Nail faltered approaching the first turn.  Midnight Bear checked off Inga Lenny on the first turn; checking Lightning Loki and Mt. View Blonde.  Lightning Loki and Inga Lenny collided approaching the winning post.

Nine Inch Nail underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left foreleg monkey muscle injury.  A seven day stand down period was imposed.

A pre–race sample was unable to be obtained from Dr. Dulcie, a post–race sample was subsequently taken.

Zulu Flair was quick to begin.  Mt. View Burner went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.

Zoe Girl checked off Flatty Hunter soon after the start.  Dr. Dulcie, Zulu Flair, Moraine Jade and Classic Moment collided on the first turn; severely checking Zulu Flair and Classic Moment.  Halloumi checked off Mt. View Burner on the first turn.  Classic Moment checked off Halloumi on the first turn.  Mt. View Burner checked off Zoe Girl approaching the home turn.  Zulu Flair checked off Halloumi on the home turn.  Mt. View Burner and Zoe Girl collided entering the home straight.  Flatty Hunter checked off Dr. Dulcie in the home straight; causing Classic Moment and Flatty Hunter to collide.  Flatty Hunter checked off Classic Moment approaching the winning post.  Dr. Dulcie and Zoe Girl collided approaching the winning post.

Dr. Dulcie underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported.  Stewards spoke to Mr Kevin Ward regarding the racing manners of Dr. Dulcie approaching the winning post.  After hearing evidence from Mr Ward, viewing all the available race footage particulary in the home straight and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action.

A post-race sample was taken from Zoe Girl - the winner of the event.

Slingshot Avril and Rip The Pip were quick to begin.

Mt. View Moon and Speedy Cashew collided soon after the start.  Elite Patty and Mt. View Moon collided approaching the first turn.  Primal Fear and Dominant Bear collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn; checking Dominant Bear and Elite Patty.  Slingshot Avril checked off Rip The Pip approaching the home turn.  Dominant Bear and Mt. View Moon collided approaching the home turn.  Slingshot Avril raced wide on the home turn.  Dominant Bear checked off Mt. View Moon entering the home straight.  Marley Griff and Elite Patty collided in the home straight.

Inga Sadie was quick to begin.

Inga Charlie and Moraine Suzie collided soon after the start.  Blazing Joe and Arby's Sally collided approaching the first turn.  Inga Charlie crossed wide approaching the first turn and collided with Blazing Joe.  Inga Sadie and Moraine Suzie collided on the first turn.  Inga Charlie and Blazing Joe collided on the first turn, checking Inga Charlie.  Inga Charlie and Arby's Sally raced wide approaching the home turn.  Blazing Joe checked off Inga Sadie approaching the home turn.  Blazing Joe and Okay Bronson collided on the home turn.  Inga Charlie raced wide in the home straight.

Princess Warrior was slow to begin.

Princess Warrior checked off Zambora Jade soon after the start.  Inga Linda and One Happy Hippo collided on the first turn.  Zambora Jade and Saint Ellie collided in the home straight.  Moonlight Jack and Jean Crisp collided approaching the winning post.

Mrs Mary Inguanti failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve and prepare Inga Linda for racing.  A warning was issued pursuant to GAR 46(2).

Attitude – Late scratching at 5:43 am when Mr Jason Formosa reported the greyhound to have to have lameness (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Halo Lad was quick to begin.  Orson Franky stumbled at box rise and was slow to begin.

Destroy We Said and Premier Slice collided approaching the first turn.  Trendy Touchdown and Iron Hand collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn.  Orson Franky, Destroy We Said and Premier Slice collided approaching the home turn.  Orson Franky checked off Destroy We Said entering the home straight.  Destroy We Said and Iron Hand collided in the home straight, checking Iron Hand.

Strength To Burn, Mepunga Hayles and Agnet Bale were quick to begin.  Rock Icon was slow to begin.

Mr Jason Formosa was issued with a warning under GAR 86(o) for negligence after the greyhound, Ching Ching was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process.

Club officials were reminded of their responsibilities after the greyhound, Ching Ching was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process.  This matter was referred to the Club Manager for further consideration and remediation.

Inga Mia and Ching Ching were quick to begin.

Mr. Blurton, Way To Stand and Pandorica collided soon after the start, checking Way To Stand.  Mr. Blurton and Slingshot Bruno collided approaching the first turn.  Ching Ching checked off Inga Mia approaching the first turn; checking Slingshot Bruno and Milana Rose.  Joey Mac and Way To Stand collided on the first turn.  Pandorica and Slingshot Bruno collided approaching the home turn, checking Way To Stand.  Pandorica, Milana Rose and Way To Stand collided approaching the winning post, checking Milana Rose.

Solar Victory– Late scratching at 10:28 am due to weight variation (GAR 39).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer, Mr Victor Millington was fined $100.

Inga Letty and Echo Chamber were quick to begin.

Dazz Desire – Late scratching at 9:51 am when Mr Lewis Green upon arrival on course reported the greyhound to have diarrhoea (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Bobby McGee, Urunga Bale and Gypsy Warrior were quick to begin.

Bugs, Shania's Dream and Call Me Buddy collided soon after the start.  Gypsy Warrior visably eased approaching the first turn.  Urunga Bale and Gunther collided on the first turn, checking Gunther.  Shania's Dream checked off Bugs on the first turn; checking Call Me Buddy, Shania's Dream and Gypsy Warrior; causing Shania's Dream and Gypsy Warrior to lose ground.  Gunther checked off Bobby McGee approaching the home turn.

Gypsy Warrior underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 12, no apparent injury could be detected.  Stewards spoke to Mr Kevin Quinn, the representative of Gypsy Warrior regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the first turn.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69A(1) Gypsy Warrior was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment.  Mr Quinn pleaded not guilty to the charge, Gypsy Warrior was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Warrnambool and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69A(2) and GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

A post-race sample was taken from Call Me Buddy - second placed in the event.

Mt. View Ginger, Keybow Sally, Diva Dot and Drakensberg Dot were quick to begin.  Jack's Fantasy was slow to begin.

Caribbean Queen checked off Keybow Sally soon after the start.  Mt. View Ginger and Diva Dot collided on the first turn, checking Keybow Sally.  Caribbean Queen checked off Keybow Sally approaching the home turn.  Keybow Sally crossed to the rail in the home straight.

After consultation with Sky Racing the advertised time for this race was revised to 3:06 pm, from the originally re-scheduled time of 3:09pm.

Compton Peggy was slow to begin.

Mt. View Ivy and Ramadi Bale collided soon after the start.  Saint Sunshine checked off Pat's Me Mum approaching the first turn, checking Saint Sunshine; causing Saint Sunshine and Compton Peggy to collide.  Lektra Loopy and Torryn Bale collided approaching the home turn.
