Orford Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was to have an injury to the right deltoid muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Ms Breanna Robertson-Leech, the trainer of Orford Bale regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Orford Bale was charged with marring. Ms Robertson-Leech pleaded guilty to the charge, Orford Bale was found guilty and suspended for 28 Days at Ballarat and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Mick The Magpie and Miss Manager collided approaching the home turn. Unakite, Pyrenees Prada and Alira Gem raced wide on the home turn. Pyrenees Prada and Alira Gem raced wide in the home straight. Unakite crossed to the inside in the home straight. Unakite marred Mick The Magpie in the home straight.

Unakite underwent a post-race veterinary examination, no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr Liam Sharp, the representative of Unakite regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Unakite was charged with marring. Mr Sharp pleaded guilty to the charge, Unakite was found guilty and suspended for 3 months at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted. Mr Sharp advised consideration would be given to retiring the greyhuond after todays performance.

Miss Molly May went up with the lids and was slow to begin. Wicked Missile and Brave Lad were slow to begin.

Blue Cherry Miss checked off Laid Back Larry approaching the first turn. Wicked Missile crossed to the rail approaching the home turn checking Buzz Out. Brave Lad raced wide on the home turn.

Good Girl Gracie was quick to begin. Soul Reader was slow to begin.

Sweet As Milo crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Knight's Cross. Sheriff Demon and Exford Norm collided on the first turn. Knight's Cross and Call Me Molly collided on the home turn checking Call Me Molly. Soul Reader and Call Me Molly collided entering the home straight severely checking both greyhounds. Call Me Molly raced wide in the home straight.

Crackerjack Nev was slow to begin.

Way Up North checked off Golden Avatar entering the first turn. Roxy Rum Pumper checked off Golden Avatar entering the home straight.

Crackerjack Nev underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right triangle muscle injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Way Up North underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the trainer's request and was found to have a fractured toe on the left fore paw. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Following the event Mayhem Thrill displayed signs of Post Exercise Distress Syndrome (PEDS). As a result, the greyhound underwent a veterinary examination and was found to be displaying clinical signs of Ataxia/Hypermetria. A 10 day stand down penalty was imposed. Acting under the provisions of GAR 74, Stewards ordered Mayhem Thrill to perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 72, plus a veterinary clearance of fitness before any future nomination will be accepted.

Ms Kristie Collyer, representative, requested an early race endorsement for Blazing Fury. The Stewards approved the request after an examination prior to racing by the on-track veterinarian. Blazing Fury will compete in early races until further notice.

Aerolithology was slow to begin.

Blazing Fury, Crystal Opal, Quick Income and Aston Spinel collided on the first turn checking Crystal Opal, Quick Income and Aston Spinel. Saint Jett raced wide in the home straight.

King Kenny was quick to begin. Keep The Spirit was slow to begin.

Brizo underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a dislocated toe on the right fore paw. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr Samuel Webb, the representative of Sparkle Debacle regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Sparkle Debacle was charged with marring. Mr Webb pleaded guilty to the charge, Sparkle Debacle was found guilty and suspended for 3 months at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69(2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

King Brown - declared a late scratching at 09:26am by Stewards Permission as trainer F. Meyer was indisposed.
