All persons attending today undertook successful health screenings, wore facemasks, checked in, observed social distance requirements, and provided satisfactory evidence of double vaccination or exemption under the State Government’s mandatory vaccination directions (as of 26 November 2021) that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue.

In accordance with the GRV Hot Weather Policy, this meeting was deemed 'Heat Affected'.  At the commencement of kennelling, the outside temperature was 32.1 degrees and the kennel temperature was 18.1 degrees.  The Stewards continually monitored the temperature at the venue as per the GRV Hot Weather Policy. 

Milski and President collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. Jean Crisp and Tink Mcdonald collided on the first turn checking Tink Mcdonald. Tink Mcdonald and President collided several times approaching the home turn. Tink Mcdonald, President and He's For Us collided approaching the home turn severely checking all three greyhounds who all fell as a result. Tink Mcdonald, President and He's For Us took no further part in the remainder of this event.

Tink Mcdonald underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left wrist sprain. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

President underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right quadriceps muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

He's For Us underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

He's For Us – Stewards were satisfied with the boxing of the greyhound and removed the boxed first endorsement for future events in accordance with GAR 52.

Bonnie's Beast and Weipa collided soon after the start checking Weipa. Thybulle Bale and Aston Oscar collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. Bonnie's Beast checked off Thybulle Bale on the first turn. Bonnie's Beast and Aston Oscar collided approaching the home turn severely checking both greyhounds causing Bonnie's Beast to fall.

Bonnie's Beast underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right elbow injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Harley Ryder was quick to begin. Solar Rock was slow to begin.

Kinimakatka and Oriental Onyx collided approaching the first turn. Kinimakatka, Throssell Bale, Oriental Onyx, Solar Victory and Vance Bale collided on the first turn severely checking Kinimakatka and Solar Victory causing Kinimakatka to tail off.

Kinimakatka underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a laceration to the left hind toe and a dislocated right hind toe. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track and were satisfied it was satisfactory for racing.

Panda Mick, Off It's Chops and Zipping Margo collided approaching the first turn checking Off It's Chops and Zipping Margo. Lektra Lance and Aston Hartlett collided on the first turn checking Aston Hartlett. Aston Hartlett and Zipping Margo collided on the home turn.

Devil's Disguise was quick to begin.

Rather stumbled at box rise and was slow to begin.

Birdbrook and Our Frankie collided soon after the start. Our Frankie checked off Aston Heidi on the first turn. Aston Heidi and Fishbone Express collided on the first turn. Our Frankie and Fishbone Express collided on the home turn. Aston Heidi and Fishbone Express collided entering the home straight. Aston Heidi and Rather collided in the home straight checking Aston Heidi. Birdbrook and Alabama Anna collided several times in the home straight.

Gladiator Hulk and Reloaded were slow to begin.

Nitro Antwon and Charley Davidson collided approaching the first turn. Daddy's Magic and Charley Davidson collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Reloaded and Charley Davidson collided approaching the home turn checking Charley Davidson.

Merry Lass and Ieisha Bale collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Merry Lass and Ieisha Bale collided approaching the home turn checking Merry Lass. Body Hack and Sinful Angel collided in the home straight.

Westar Storm was slow to begin.

Nifty Nangar, Brady's Shout and Mouthy Boof collided soon after the start checking all three greyhounds.

War Time Novelty, Kraken Stinger and Chasing Honey collided on the first turn severely checking Kraken Stinger which fell as a result. Slingshot Zoe crossed to the inside in the home straight and collided with Chasing Honey.
