Patriotic checked off Love So Pure approaching the home turn checking Busted Billy. Fernando Mark and Tiggerlong Gas collided on the home turn checking Fernando Mark.
Busted Billy underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Mr Lorenzo Carbone regarding the undue delay in boxing Fernando Mark in this event. A warning was issued to Mr Carbone pursuant to GAR 51(9).
