College Degree was quick to begin. Blazer Glory, I’m Not Budging and Pretty Mouse were slow to begin.
Where's Lesley and Moraine Hayley collided approaching the first turn checking Blazer Glory. Moraine Hayley, I'm Not Budging and Pretty Mouse collided approaching the first turn checking I'm Not Budging. Where's Lesley, Moraine Hayley and Pretty Mouse collided on the first turn. Another Vendetta checked off Fly Havoc on the first turn. Blazer Glory lost ground in the back straight and on the third turn. Another Vendetta checked off Where's Lesley in the home straight. Blazer Glory underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr Brendan Pursell regarding the greyhound's performance in the back straight and on the third turn. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 71, Blazer Glory must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.
