Grace's Shout was quick to begin. 

Last Shout and On The Tequila collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds.  Rio Margarita and Demon Flyer collided approaching the second turn checking Rio Margarita and Tails Of Woe.  Buster Harley and Just Shout collided on the third turn checking Just Shout.

Jigglypuff and Panyam Bale collided soon after the start.  Omaha Bale, Tiggerlong Nibel and Jigglypuff collided approaching the first turn checking Omaha Bale and Tiggerlong Nibel.  Jigglypuff, Panyam Bale, Ximena Bale, Romina Bale and Kick It Home collided on the first turn checking Romina Bale, severely checking Ximena Bale and Kick It Home.  Kick It Home fell as a result.  Omaha Bale and Chuck Rocks collided on the second turn.  Jigglypuff checked off Panyam Bale on the second turn.  Tiggerlong Nibel and Panyam Bale collided approaching the winning post.

Kick It Home was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the left hind toe - no stand down period was imposed.

Weblec Hawk, Kysaiah and External Link were slow to begin. 

Zipping Volkswagon and Kysaiah collided approaching the first turn.  Weblec Hawk and Moriah Bale collided approaching the first turn.  Kysaiah and Octavia Bale collided on the first turn and again approaching the second turn.  Octavia Bale and Zippy Volkswagon collided on the third turn checking Zippy Volkswagon.  Octavia Bale and Kysaiah collided approaching the winning post.

Major Giblet was slow to begin. 

Aston Adonis, Zambora Alani and Major Giblet collided on the first turn.  Liquid Crystal, Shanlyn Kim, Party Lights and Carry On Maxwell collided on the first turn checking Liquid Crystal, Aston Adonis and Zambora Alani.  Shanlyn Kim checked off Party Lights on the second turn checking Carry On Maxwell.  Shanlyn Kim galloped on the heels of Party Lights on the fourth turn.  Major Giblet and Party Lights collided on the fourth turn.  Zambora Alani contacted the running rail on the fourth turn and collided with Shanlyn Kim.

Black Avenger was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right shoulder, left fibula and right calf, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Spring Bolt – Late scratching at 6:06pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to an injury to the right hindleg, quadriceps.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Master Avenger, Stiff Wind and Bobby The Brute collided soon after the start checking Stiff Wind.  Aragog and Stiff Wind collided approaching the first turn.  Master Avenger and Westar Aileen collided approaching the first turn checking Master Avenger.  Stiff Wind, Bobby The Brute and Spring Cobra collided on the first turn.  Master Avenger clipped the heels of Spring Driven approaching the third turn.  Aragog checked off Stiff Wind on the third turn.

Master Avenger was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the left front foot and a right calf injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Tyler Durden – Late scratching at 5:56pm on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to an injury to the left hindleg, triangle muscle.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Whatever I Say and Aratuza Bale collided soon after the start.  Spring Lilac, Jarick Bale and Call Me Buster collided soon after the start.  Spring Lilac Checked off Aston Ulysses approaching the first turn.  Jarick Bale checked off Aratuza Bale approaching the third turn.  Spring Lilac brushed the rail on the fourth turn.

He Shall Rodger and Tiberia Bale collided soon after the start.  Keep It Blue, Time For Peace, Pirates Patch, Barooga Smoke and Fantastic Raven collided soon after the start checking Barooga Smoke.  Barooga Smoke, He Shall Rodger and Tiberia Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Time For Peace, Pirates Patch, Barooga Smoke, He Shall Rodger and Tiberia Bale.  Time For Peace and Pirates Patch collided on the first turn and again on the second turn checking both greyhounds, causing Time For Peace to falter and pull up in the back straight.

Time For Peace was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right hock, a 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Pirates Patch was vetted following an incident in the catching pen.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right back muscle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Auspicious Queen was required to attend the OTV however the greyhound was not presented, Stewards will follow up with Trainer Mr P. Abela. 

Supplementary Report

Auspicious Queen - Presented at Sandown (14/11/2021) for a veterinarian examination. No apparent injury was reported. Stewards inquired into the reasons for the greyhound not being presented to the OTV at The Meadows. After considering the explanantion provided by Mr. P. Abela, the nature of the request and his offence record, Mr Abela was issued a warning on this occassion pursuant to GAR 42(2).

Tynslee Bale and Distinguish collided soon after the start.  Alfie Alligator galloped on the heels of Nevaeh Bale approaching the first turn checking Nevaeh Bale.  Blazing Times and Tynslee Bale collided on the first turn.  Steamer Redeemer collided on the second turn checking Val Ali.  Arlington checked off Alfie Alligator on the third turn.  Arlington and Steamer Redeemer collided approaching the home turn checking Steamer Redeemer.  Steamer Redeemer and Val Ali collided approaching the home turn.

Kign Of Glory was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to a left fore nail, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Gold Symbol was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Fireweed, Yalena Bale and Zivon Bale were quick to begin.  Emerald Green and Supercomputer collided soon after the start.  Run Machine and Toby Castle collided approaching the first turn.  Zivon Bale checked off Fireweed approaching the first turn.  Run Machine galloped on the heels of Yalena Bale on the first turn checking Yalena Bale, Run Machine, Emerald Green and Supercomputer, causing Toby Castle to fall.

Toby Castle was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left tibia and fibula.  Toby Castle was humanely euthanased.
