Arby's Lucy – Late scratching at 7.35am when Trainer Mr Clint Capuano reported the greyhound to have diarrhoea (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.
Aston Sunset was quick to begin.
Aston Matrice and Midnight Snooze collided soon after the start. Midoriyama checked off Aston Matrice entering the front straight and collided with Midnight Snooze. Midoriyama and Berkel Boy collided in the front straight. Enchanting and Aston Matrice collided on the second turn checking Aston Matrice and Midnight Snooze.
