Iron Lad Caribbean Queen and Jonah Alcatraz collided soon after the start checking Caribbean Queen. Devil's Spirit and Ivy's Bobby collided at the 250m mark and again at the 100m mark. Devil's Spirit turned its head to the inside at the 100m mark and again approaching the winning post.

Devil's Spirit underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a cervico-thoracic injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr Gary McMillan, the trainer of Devil's Spirit regarding the greyhound’s racing manners at the 100m mark. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69A(1) Devil's Spirit was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr McMillan pleaded not guilty to the charge, Devil's Spirit was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Healesville and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69A (2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Finlaystone and Unroadworthy were slow to begin.

Junket Jarrod, My Dad Baz and She's A Charm collided at the 250m mark and again at the 200m mark severely checking My Dad Baz. Unroadworthy and Naha collided at the 150m mark checking Unroadworthy. She's A Charm, Naha and Junket Jarrod collided at the 100m mark severely checking Junket Jarrod which collided with Unroadworthy as a result.

Colossal Fire and Fernando Louise collided approaching the 150m mark.

Franki Jay and Malt And Scotch collided at the 300m mark. Franki Jay crossed to the outside at the 250m mark.

Heads Or Tails was slow to begin.

Heads Or Tails crossed to the outside soon after the start. Nunniong Bear and Man Cave collided at the 300m mark. Heads Or Tails and Golden Years collided at the 250m mark. Nunniong Bear and Man Cave collided at the 200m mark. Heads Or Tails faltered at the 200m mark and tailed off as a result. Nunniong Bear and Man Cave collided at the 100m mark. Ms. Lucky Leaves, Mumma's Bear and Golden Years collided at the 100m mark checking Ms Lucky Leaves and Golden Years.

Heads Or Tails underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a suspected fractured left hock. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr Phillip Repici regarding the racing manners of Mumma's Bear approaching the winning post. After hearing evidence from Mr Repici, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards took no further action.

Following the running of this event, Stewards inspected the track at the 200m mark and were satisfied it was satisfactory for racing.

Rev Up Axel – Late scratching at 9.33am by Order of Stewards in the best interests of greyhound racing, in accordance with GAR 20 (4) (b) due to connections being unable to provide the required documentation to met the State Government’s Mandatory Vaccination (Workers) Directions.

Zipper Shine and Another Attempt collided approaching the 150m mark and again at the 150m mark.

After an incident in the catching pen Boes Reward was examined in the catching pen and pronounced deceased by the On-Track Veterinarian. The greyhound was found to have a cervico-thoracic injury.

Clan Mcmillan was quick to begin. La La Lucky was slow to begin.

Tregunna, Rocks Got Talent and Steel Magnolia collided soon after the start. Rocks Got Talent and Steel Magnolia collided several times from the 200m mark to the 100m mark. La La Lucky and Kamari collided at the 50m mark checking Kamari.
