McIvor Ernie, Kanga Lights and Kraken Skye collided soon after the start checking McIvor Ernie. NitroTommy, Kanga Lights and Manila Dusk collided on the first turn checking Kanga Lights. Nitro Tommy checked off Aston Select on the home turn. Urana Fernando checked off Howdy Slim in the home straight. McIvor Ernie raced wide in the home straight.
