Weblec Jet – Late scratching at 17:42 on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian (GAR 92) due to a laceration on the left-hindleg. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
A pre-race sample was taken from Weblec Jet.
Nikoli Bale and Mepunga Warrior were slow to begin.
Torpedo Tears was checked and fell on the first turn. Underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Aston Ulysses - the winner of the event.
