Gimbal – Late scratching at 9:00 am when trainer, Ms Annette Kampman reported the greyhound to have soreness in both hind legs (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Winlock At Large and Siala Giblet collided soon after the start.  Mt. Aston Bandit underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hindleg back muscle injury.  A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
