Yareli Bale - The frequency of racing was discussed with representative Mrs T. Kennedy-Harris; her comments were noted.

A pre-race sample was taken from Mt. View Bee.

Yareli Bale and Mt. View Burner were slow to begin.

Mt. View Bee crossed out soon after the start checking Celtic Deed.  Celtic Deed and Yareli Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Yareli Bale.  Mt. View Bee, Next Teardrop and Lulu Osti collided several times approaching the first turn and on the first turn checking Classy Edition, Next Teardrop and Mt. View Burner, severely checking Lulu Osti and Mt. View Bee, causing Lulu Osti to lose considerable ground and Mt. View Bee to fall.  Celtic Deed crossed out on the home turn checking Classy Edition and Next Teardrop.  Mt. View Burner checked off Next Teardrop in the home straight causing both greyhounds to lose ground.  Yareli Bale and Mt. View Burner collided in the home straight.

Mt. View Bee underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a minor abrasion to webbing on the right hind paw.  No stand down period was imposed.

Lulu Osti underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Stewards spoke to trainer, Mr Malcolm Carr regarding the racing manners of Celtic Deed on the first turn.  After hearing evidence from Mr Carr, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the first turn.
